We had some fogging in between the panes of a couple windows and they explained to us why they were fogging. They then gave us a nice deal on replacing those windows. The thermoseal was broken from our double pain windows and it would accumulate moisture which would cause the fogging. I would definitely recommend them. They did an excellent job, the work was excellent, and they were nice."

I was hoping that we could keep our existing window and just have it resealed, and thus a lower cost. However, David stated that it would be better to replace the entire window with a new "E2" efficiency rating with a 10 year warranty."

"Fantastic experience. Initially called another place and was told it would be 3-4 weeks before they could even come out. Called Glass Guru and they came out within a day or two. They gave an estimate, scheduled and completed all work long before the first company said they could even stop out to give estimate. Price seemed very fair too. Workers did good job, were courteous and provided detailed invoice. Asked them re-work the screen on the slider, which they agreed without a fuss and corrected it. "VERY well... The rep came out in a timely manner to give me an estimate, was knowledgeable about my kind of windows & problem (foggy glass due to broken seals). He explained the process for the day of service, time frames, who would be coming, and provided a written estimate with a discount for being referred by my realtor. On the day of service, the rep was unfortunately late, but called 30 minutes in advance to let me know (no problem). The employee was polite, knowledgeable, careful not to make a mess or break glass and cleaned up after himself 100%. He didn't take any more time than I was quoted and price was what was quoted."
